Italia’s biggest club is set to make its long-awaited new kit a permanent fixture at the Allianz Arena.
The Bianconeri have been without the old kit for several years due to the World Cup, but now the club will use the new kit in its opening friendly against Juventus on Wednesday.
The new kit will be officially introduced at the team’s pre-match media briefing ahead of the match on Tuesday night.
Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri, meanwhile, will have his eyes on his new look kit.
The Italian giants will have worn the old one since 2013, but the team has never used it in its first match in the Serie A.
This year, Juventus will have a new kit which is expected to feature a more sophisticated design and is a result of the club’s plans to bring in a new coach in January.
The team will wear the new blue-and-white kit for its first pre-season match on July 2 against Sampdoria, which will be the first time the club has worn it since 2014.
Allegri is keen to bring his team closer to the “biggest clubs in Italy”.
The Biancocelesti’s next home match will be against Juventus at the Piazza San Marco on August 18.
